ATTENTION! Georgia Tech Outreach Training Portal is Moving!

We are excited to announce that the Georgia Tech Outreach Trainer Portal (https://outreachtrainer.gatech.edu) will be moving to a new user friendly platform (https://outreachportal.com) on Friday September 3, 2021! You will use this new portal to report your OSHA 10 & 30-hour outreach training classes and request the student cards.

We will host a system demonstration on September 15th.  Please be sure to mark your calendar to attend.

To access the new portal, you will need to first activate your account. Your profile has been transferred over, but you must activate in yourself in this new portal. Complete this by going to www.outreachportal.com, and clicking “Follow This Link” to request access  (see screen shot below).  It will ask you to enter your email address – this must be the PRIMARY email address you have on file with the Georgia Tech Outreach Trainer program (i.e. the email address you have associated with www.outreachtrainer.gatech.edu in the past). You will be sent a CODE to that email address, which will give you access into the new portal and your profile. PLEASE CONFIRM (and update if needed) the information in your profile.

If you cannot remember the email address you have on file, or if you receive an error message, please send an email to trainingcardrequests@innovate.gatech.edu and put “Email Password Help” in the subject and provide your full name and the email address you’d PREFER to have associated with your account.

*ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION* - You will be issued a NEW Trainer Card(s) as we transition over to this new portal system. PLEASE ensure that the mailing information in your PROFILE is accurate by 9/17/21.

In this new system, there is currently NO requirement to submit an Advanced Notification. You will be contacted directly if an Advanced Notification is requested.  As always, if you would like to submit for an exception to provide an Alternate Delivery of a class (aka “online via Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, etc.”), you must contact Hilarie Warren at hilarie.warren@innovate.gatech.edu

Welcome, Georgia Tech Outreach Trainer! Our online system allows you to report your training classes and request cards for the following classes:
  • 10-hour Construction
  • 30-hour Construction
  • 10-hour General Industry
  • 30-hour General Industry
This system also allows for easier and more efficient recordkeeping for our trainers.
